When Stef first joined Within Reach, she was feeling defeated. She had been trying to reach her goals on her own but kept hitting roadblocks—feeling stuck, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next.

We started Stef with home training, allowing her to build confidence before transitioning into the gym, where she pushed herself outside her comfort zone and took her progress to the next level.

Along the way, she learned how to manage her nutrition, understanding calories and macros in a way that fit seamlessly into her lifestyle.

Stef dropped 20kg, but her biggest transformation was in her mindset and relationship with herself. She let go of the stress and anxiety around fitness, found a routine that worked for her, and most importantly—she fell in love with the process.

MEET RHIANNON

Rhiannon first joined Within Reach with a goal to lose weight and feel more confident. In her initial dieting phase, she dropped nearly 10kg, but she didn't just want to be smaller-she wanted to build shape and muscle definition to achieve the "toned" look she was after.

From there, we transitioned her into a building phase, focusing on muscle growth and strength, ensuring she gained definition without looking bulky. Once she built the foundation, we moved into a second dieting phase, uncovering all the progress she had worked for.

Rhiannon was able to gain significant muscle mass, built her dream physique, and pushed herself to new limits in the gym. Her calories are now at a level where she can maintain a lean, strong body without the stress of food restriction.

MEET ALANNAH

Before joining Within Reach, Alannah had spent years stuck in a cycle of inconsistency. She wanted to lose weight but wasn't seeing progress on her own. Without realising it, she was under eating, leaving her feeling constantly fatigued and unhappy-frustrated that no matter what she tried, nothing seemed to work.

Deep down, she knew she wanted more from herself-she just didn't know how to get there.

We helped Alannah bring her calories up and fuel her body properly, explaining how long-term under eating can actually work against progress. She started training from home, building her confidence before transitioning into the gym, which she fell in love with. Along the way, we worked around existing injuries, making sure nothing held her back.

Alannah dropped 5kg while eating more, learned how to train with proper form and technique, and-most importantly-built a strong, resilient mindset to support her for the long term.

She didn't just transform physically-she changed the way she approaches health and fitness.
