COACH STEPH
Hi, I’m Steph!
Qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and lifelong fitness enthusiast.
I created Within Reach to bridge the gap between training and nutrition, giving you the tools to build sustainable habits and achieve real, lasting results.
My own fitness journey started in my teens, during a time when I struggled with mental health, anxiety, and never quite feeling good enough. After 10 years of competitive dancing, I found the gym—what felt like an accident at the time turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be.
The gym became my space for growth—physically and mentally. It gave me purpose, confidence, and a sense of control. I knew I had to share that feeling with others.
So, I became a Personal Trainer, earning my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, and spent 7 years coaching clients in some of the country’s leading boutique fitness studios.
But I wanted to create something more—something that combined effective training, smart nutrition, and a sustainable approach.
That’s how Within Reach was born—a space built on real strategies, real results, and a no-nonsense approach to health and fitness. I’m really excited for you to experience it for yourself

I’m a passionate coach with a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I love helping people build strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives.
My approach to fitness is dynamic and personalised. I focus on creating plans that build confidence, resilience, and deliver real results—whether you’re aiming to hit a personal milestone, improve your overall health, or simply feel stronger and more capable day-to-day.
For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts or lifting weights. It’s about building functional strength, developing a resilient mindset, and feeling equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.
