Hi, I’m Steph! I founded Within Reach to bridge the gap between training and nutrition, giving women the tools to build sustainable habits and achieve lasting results.

My own journey started in my teens when I struggled with mental health, anxiety, and never feeling enough. After 10 years of competitive dancing, I found the gym, which quickly became my space for growth physically and mentally.

I went on to gain my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and spent 7 years coaching in leading boutique studios. But I wanted to create something more, a space built on realistic strategies, results, and a no-nonsense approach. That’s how Within Reach was born, and I’m excited for you to experience it.

I understand first-hand the challenges and triumphs that come with working toward your goals and it’s why creating a supportive, empowering environment matters so much to me.
